When major event organisers need to lift their proceedings with a knockout singer, they almost always choose Daniel Belle.
Since graduating from AIM, Daniel has sang at rugby union’s Bledisloe Cup and Lion’s Tour, international one-day cricket finals, A-League football finals, and the Australian Swimming Championships. Daniel was also guest singer for the arrival of Pope Benedict at Barangaroo in 2008.
Daniel was cast as the cover for both Dwight and God in Jerry Springer The Opera, directed by Gale Edwards, which was staged at the Opera House in 2009. He also appeared as an ensemble member In 2012, Daniel joined the internationally acclaimed vocal group The Ten Tenors and performed in theatres across Germany, America, Australia, and Europe.
Accomplished in both theatre and studio vocal techniques and attitudes, Daniel’s skills extend to arranging, producing, songwriting, and teaching. As a result of his studies and broad musical interests, Daniel’s repertoire includes opera, lieder, musical theatre, cabaret and contemporary music.
From 2014 to 2016, Daniel toured in the international production of Les Misérables, covering the role of Jean Valjean and playing it over 100 times. Since then he has re-created the role in Christchurch, Hobart and the Riverside Theatre, Parramatta.
