Natalie Carolan’s captivating sound melts into her honest and exquisite songs. 2016 saw the release and launch of Natalie Carolan’s Contemporary Australian singer’s debut album, I Sleep, at Melbourne Recital Centre, and was shortly followed by her ‘all parts beautiful, powerful and vulnerable’ alt/pop EP. The 4-track delight weaving ambient and enticing harmonic backdrops with alluring production and Carolan’s intimate song-writing. I Won’t Move was the final single released from the EP, ‘Beautiful, Haunting’ 4/5 Stars, Stacy Gougoulis, Triple J

Natalie Carolan has been a long-standing member of Gian Slater’s Invenio, and recently paired with Clancye Milne, releasing a single, Georgia, under their pseudonym, Alistair. Her music has been used in documentaries and TV Drama, In The Heights, on ABC in 2019.

Natalie Carolan is passionate about teaching and helping others refine their craft. She has created a series of workshops, Sound Shaping, which have culminated in live performance opportunities for emerging songwriters. She is a current Masters student and worked at various tertiary institutions (Vic Uni, Melbourne Polytechnic, Monash University) in Melbourne.
