ABOUT AIM SHORT COURSES
The Australian Institute of Music’s Open Programs is our public program of short courses for young people and adults. Our exciting selection of courses, AIM’s state of the art facilities and professional staff create a unique environment to inspire you.
Music Performance courses will teach you to play guitar, keyboards, drums or bass, while Music Theatre-based courses will help you to brush up on your singing, dancing or acting skills. If Music Production is your thing, then our Ableton, composition and songwriting short courses are for you.
Keen to keep the kids occupied? The AIM Open Youth Program for Years 7-12 includes School Holiday Music Intensives, which offer a collaborative creative experience for young musicians, music theatre performers and composers/producers. Plus, AIM is a Creative Kids provider, which means you can redeem your $100 NSW Government voucher with us and help your child to create something great! For more information visit Service NSW .
Creative Kids vouchers must be redeemed over the phone by calling (02) 9219 5412 and cannot be used as part of the online payment system at this time.
Grab an instrument, sing a song, and learn how to perform! Music and performance are at the heart of AIM and we want you to play with everything that we have to offer.
