Adrianna, a Sydney session musician and senior guitar instructor at the Australian Institute of Music is an incredibly passionate musician, artist and educator. She has played in a range of contemporary, jazz and Brazilian ensembles as a side-woman and has played with and is mentored by some of Australia’s most notable guitarists and musicians.
She has played in groups including ‘Monstress’ a female led nu-jazz band and has nationally toured with Australian Hip-Hop group ‘Horrorshow’ and ‘Jimmy Nice’. She has also played in some of Sydney’s top jazz venues including Restaurant Hubert and played a year’s residency at Moya’s Juniper Lounge.
As a well-rounded and versatile contemporary performer, improviser and educator Adrianna has extensive experience teaching guitar for ensembles, individuals and has lead performance camps both at primary, secondary and tertiary levels.
Additionally, Adrianna brings a unique perspective to creativity as she is also an illustrator and graphic designer forming part of her voice as a musician. She has created the identity of a multitude of album and EP covers for bands including Strands Jazz and Spectra Jazz Orchestra.
