Amy Wright
Amy Wright is a musician, event specialist, writer and educator. They are interested in the simplicities of politics, romance and hope and they are passionate about equal access to the arts via low-budget mediums and innovative practice.
Derek Taylor
Derek is a graduate of the Elder Conservatorium, University of Adelaide and the Qld. Conservatorium and made his musical theatre debut as Monsieur Reyer in the original Australian cast of The Phantom of the Opera in 1990.
He has enjoyed a long career as a performer, appearing in many professional productions including Chess, Grease, as Timothy in the original Australian cast of The Secret Garden, Tobias in the QTC production of Sweeney Todd and Hugh the Iron in the Australian musical, Crusade.
Jack Ward
Jack studied a Master’s degree under the tutelage of Andreas Brantelid at the Royal Danish Academy of Music. Previous teachers include Howard Penny at the Australian National Academy of Music, Janis Laurs, Georg Pedersen and private tutelage from Nicolas Alstaedt, Johannes Moser and Alban Gerhardt.
Ryley Gillen
Ryley Gillen has been The Ballet Team’s Artistic Director and Chief Conductor since 2016, driving a widespread appreciation of ballet in Regional NSW through creative programming, the sharing of community led stories and increasing the visibility of emerging dancers.
Dr David Greco
Internationally regarded for his interpretations of Schubert lieder and solo works of J.S Bach, ARIA Award-nominated baritone David Greco has sung on some of the finest stages across Europe and appeared in celebrated opera festivals including Festival d’Aix-en-Provence and Glyndebourne Festival Opera.
Ben Wood
Ben has been working in the music industry for over 25 years, learning his trade in some of the biggest studios in London (Nomis, Townhouse). As an engineer and producer, he has worked with artists such as Béyonce, Kylie Minogue, The Libertines, Middle Kids, H.E.R and Mick Jagger.
Sophie Rose
Dr Sophie Rose is an award-winning multi-instrumentalist, composer, improviser, researcher, multimedia artist, and maker. Her work explores phenomenology, feminism, embodiment, and the creative use of time and space through voice and gestural interfaces.
