Bronte Maree O’Neill has been performing from the age of twelve in Pop, Rock, Music Theatre, Soul, Rnb and Jazz. With over seven entertainment agents and various residencies; she can be seen performing regularly around Sydney. She has completed seven contracts as a Guest Entertainer for P&O Cruise lines and has featured at the Sydney Opera House, Luna Park, and the Royal Easter Show as well as with the Navy Big Band, the Blue Mountains Symphony Orchestra, and as a session backing vocalist for X Factor Australia (Grand Final) and the AACTV Awards with Guy Sebastian (Channel 7).

Bronte is an established Composer and Songwriter working closely with fellow AIM Alumni Dominic Cabusi in Film Composition, Songwriting and Publishing. Their songs have been featured on BBC World News, UKTV’s Channel W and Channel 7 among multiple international sync placements under KPM Music/Sony Music Publishing. Their film music has seen International Cinema and TV releases, streaming features on Prime Video and have hit Australian TV stations ABC and SBS as well as Cinemas Australia wide (Event Cinemas, HOYTS, Village, Dendy’s and more). With projects across Feature Film, TV, Short Film and Advertising, Bronte & Dom’s duo (Maari Music) specialise in writing to brief; creating Soundtrack / Score combinations. Their largest project to date; ‘The Red Shoes: Next Step;’ featured an 11-song Original Soundtrack and Full Film Score. This film is now circulating in Cinemas internationally (Australia, United States, United Kingdom, Germany, Taiwan) with the Title track ‘Glow’ earning the duo a APRA AMCOS Screen Music Award nomination (a category graced by artists like Tim Minchin, Missy Higgins, Josh Pyke, Paul Kelly). 

As well as regular work in Screen Music, this duo releases Original Music under several different Alias’s that have gained international radio play, airtime on MTV, and support slots for Artists such as North East Party House, Wafia and E^st.

When Bronte began vocal lessons at the age of thirteen she was immediately fascinated with the technical and anatomical aspects of the voice. Through intensive vocal coaching, a number of courses, Postgraduate study (specialising in Vocal Registers and Endurance for the Contemporary vocalist) and her own research, she has gained great knowledge and enthusiasm for anatomically informed vocal technique. Being a professional Session Vocalist and an Artist, she is extremely passionate about combining sustainable vocal technique with genuine performance craft and artistry.
