Domestic students: 6 study periods (2 years full-time) or part-time equivalent.

International students: 9 Study Periods (3 years) full-time.

Entry Requirements

School leaver applicants must:

  • Have successfully completed an Australian Year 12 qualification (or overseas equivalent as assessed by the Department of Education, including the International Baccalaureate (IB)), in the last 2 years.

Students who have successfully completed the senior level of the Victorian Certificate of Applied Learning (or equivalent (VCAL/VCE(VM)in the last 2 years; may be eligible for entry into a diploma level course.  Students may use the diploma as a pathway into a degree.

  •  Provide a 300-500 word personal statement explaining the applicant’s interest in Entertainment Management and previous experience (if any) in the field.

Tim Kelly is a music lover, marketeer, and management specialist.  His journey through the music industry has included stints as a fanzine editor, tour manager, recording artist, independent label co-founder, marketing executive and managing director. He is now a full-time educator specialising in the business of music and entertainment.

April Albert is an international performer, theatre maker and academic. As an artist, she specialises in creating politically engaged performance in a range of contexts and settings. Her solo performance work explores how the historical and cultural resonates in our current social and political experiences.
