Entry Requirements
School leaver applicants must:
- Have successfully completed an Australian Year 12 qualification (or overseas equivalent as assessed by the Department of Education, including the International Baccalaureate (IB)), in the last 2 years.
Students who have successfully completed the senior level of the Victorian Certificate of Applied Learning (or equivalent (VCAL/VCE(VM)in the last 2 years; may be eligible for entry into a diploma level course. Students may use the diploma as a pathway into a degree.

Applicants are required to attend a live audition and provide a portfolio of two contrasting pieces.

Course Structure
The Bachelor of Music Theatre develops you as a complete performer by building your triple-threat skill set across singing, dancing, and acting through specialist one-on-one tuition, collaborative projects, and live performance opportunities. Professional mentors guide the creation and rehearsal process, which may include an intensive seminar series alongside integrated singing-acting, ensemble singing, and ensemble dancing. You’ll conclude by reflecting on your growth as a singing-actor across the full arc of rehearsal and performance.
